Pauline Moore

Pauline Moore was born June 27, 1936, in rural Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to Claude Elmer Brown and Thursie Alice Martin Brown. She went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Claremore, Oklahoma, at the age of 89 years. Pauline completed her education in Westville, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of Westville High School. She continued her education attending Connors State College in Warner, Oklahoma. She was married August 10, 1957, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, to Glen Edward Moore. Pauline worked several jobs throughout her lifetime including selling Avon, Sarah Coventry Jewelry, as well as working as a file clerk with Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa. Her work of love was as a homemaker and caring for her family. Pauline was a strong woman of faith and had attended Sperry United Pentecostal Church and The Church Today. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes such as softball and bowling when she was able. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading , scrapbooking, and playing Farmville on her iPad. Pauline was a sports fan and loved watching her favorite teams play: Oklahoma Sooners football, Tulsa Golden Hurricane basketball, and Kansas City Royals baseball. Pauline dearly loved her family including: Children: Sandra Kay Lang and husband Virgil of Claremore, Oklahoma Devonna Jo O’Neal and husband Jamie of Claremore, Oklahoma Glenda Rae Moeller of Liberty, Missouri Grandchildren: Austin Blake Lang and wife Brenda Nicole Amber Whalen and husband Robert Dustin Edward Lang and wife Allison Tyler Allen O’Neal and wife Melissa Alec Glen Moeller Ethan Vagn Moeller Great grandchildren: Braden Lang and wife Callee, Madison Whalen, Allison Lang, Trey Whalen, Kypton O’Neal, Blair Lang, and Bryce Lang She was preceded in death by her parents: Claude and Thursie Brown; husband, Glen Moore; three sisters: Virginia Moss, Katie Langley, and Bernice Canada; two brothers: Haskell Brown and Harold Brown; and nephews: Mike Brown and Melvin Langley. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Barron Longstreth and Pastor Kevin Erickson officiating. Committal service and interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Pauline’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.
