Donna Sue Bell Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Donna Sue Bell was born on July 10, 1942, in Laramie, Wyoming to Charles Edward Wieburg and Flossie Marie (Pense) Wieburg. She passed from this life on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in Arrowsmith, Illinois at the age of 79 years at the home of her daughter. She was married on December 15, 1960, in Dallas, Texas to Norman L. Bell. She spent most of her working career at Labarge Electronics Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she met her best friend of 47 years, Connie Bales. Donna was a longtime faithful member of Rejoice Free Will Baptist Church in Owasso, Oklahoma. Those she leaves behind, who hold many cherished memories and loved her dearly include: Daughter; Norma Watson and husband Tim 3 Sons; Gary Bell and wife Janice Charles Bell Kelly Skelton and wife Theresa 12 Grandchildren 11 Great- Grandchildren Sister-in-law; Francis Harvey, who she was very close too for over 60 years and many more family members and friends. Her smile was infectious and she cared for others deeply. Relationships mattered to her and it showed in her years of friendships and relationships. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Flossie Wieburg, her husband and the love of her life, Norman L. Bell and sister, Karen Gallagher. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 27th, 2022, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
