James Allan Billingslea

James Allan Billingslea was born November 12, 1949, in Pryor, Oklahoma, to Jack Leroy Billingslea and Elsie Mae Young Billingslea. He died Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at the age of 72 years. Jim spent most of his working life as a welder, then later worked with Union Public Schools as an all-around janitor and painter. He was married December 25, 1994, in Owasso, Oklahoma, to Brenda Clow. Jim enjoyed a variety of pastimes, but loved to be outdoors camping, fishing, and hunting. He was also an avid scuba diver and would dive in area lakes and bodies of water. As an accomplished musician, he enjoyed playing the guitar. Those he leaves behind who hold many cherished memories include: His wife; Brenda, of the home Children; Angela Candy and husband Mike, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma Jack Billingslea, of Tulsa, Oklahoma Julie Mize and husband Bruce, of Tulsa, Oklahoma And several great grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Phillip Billingslea.
