Evelyn Catherine Wills

'Evelyn Catherine Wills was born November 7, 1928, in Independence, Kansas, to Porter and Bessie (Bossick) Bowen. She died August 18, 2015, in Vinita, Oklahoma, at the age of 86 years. Evelyn was married July 17, 1944, in Independence, Kansas, to Elmo Lee Wills. She spent much of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. She and Elmo lived in Mulvane, Kansas, before moving to Collinsville, Oklahoma, in August of 1968. She spent time working for Frances Streitel Senior Living Center in Collinsville. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Elmo Lee Wills. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2015, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m,. Friday, August 21, 2015, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Danny Phillips officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Jerry Bolster, Richard Wills, Tyler Roy, Chris Wills, Christian Wamsley, and Kyle Wright.
