Terry Ann Hall

Terry Ann Hall was born March 7, 1947, in Stafford, Kansas, to Kenneth Ernest Higgs and Dorothy Jean Stude Higgs. She died Monday, August 31, 2026, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at the age of 79 years. Terry completed her secondary education in Harrisonville, Missouri, and was a graduate of Harrisonville High School. She spent most of her professional career as an accountant and retired in 2006 after 13 years with Stanfield and O’Dell. During the 1990s she was very active with the Goldwing Motorcycle Club. Terry married Richard Hall on April 24, 2004, in Owasso, Oklahoma. They enjoyed a variety of pastimes together including traveling the country in their RVs. They traveled to Canada, Mexico, and every state in North America. Their travels also took them to exciting destinations around the world. Terry and Richard loved the outdoors and spent summers together at their home in Wyoming where they enjoyed playing golf. Terry also took an avid interest in quilting and embroidery. There wasn’t a piece of plain clothing that wasn’t at risk for getting embroidery on it. She enjoyed spending time with her fellow quilters in Collinsville. She made several hundred beautiful quilts and did all of the work from start to finish. She was Grandma and baby sitter to the kitties that loved sitting on her lap and interrupting her sewing. She had family dinners on Sunday and insisted on playing card games after dinner. She loved playing cards and other types of games. She had a family tradition of Thanksgiving cruises in the Caribbean. She dearly loved her family, especially the grandchildren who affectionately knew her as “Granny”. Those she leaves behind who hold a lifetime of cherished memories include: Husband; Richard Children; Doug Hale and wife Annalisa Tracy Wanless and husband Greg David Gulick Grandchildren; Nathan Gulick, Noah Gulick, Alexander Gulick, Benjamin Gulick, and Brayden Tosh She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Dorthy Higgs, brother, Don Higgs, and sister, Christy Cotter. Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Mowery Funeral Service Chapel. Arrangements were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. www.moweryfs.com
